Liam Conejo Ramos, the boy in the bunny hat, and children as young as two-months-old have been held at the Dilley Detention Center in South Texas, exposed to conditions that are unsafe, neglectful, and deeply harmful to their development and well-being.

Even though Liam has been released from Dilley, his parents report that he is still experiencing fear and trauma. We wish we could say Liam's situation is unusual, but it's not. In the past year alone, at least 6,200 children have been detained by immigration authorities.

🚨 SIGN NOW! Call on the Department of Homeland Security to close the Dilley Detention Center, end child and family detention, and stop the expansion of detention sites. We must shift our resources toward humane, community-based solutions that keep families together and support a safe, orderly immigration process grounded in dignity and care.
