HUGE THANK YOU ALERT!

We want to give a massive thank you to the two Arby's here in Jacksonville and the Richlands store! They recently held a fundraiser for CHEW and as you can see..... it was a BIG success! WOW!!!

This incredible donation will help tremendously in keeping our shelves stocked for the kids.

And guess what? They aren't done yet! They are doing it all over again starting at the end of the month and running all through July!

So, when you're deciding what's for supper, make Arby's your top choice. They have committed to giving our CHEW program some serious support, and we could not be more grateful

Our community garden is growing, and we need helping hands to help keep it thriving! Whether you have a green thumb or simply want to give back to the community, we would love your support.
Volunteers can help with planting, weeding, watering, harvesting, and general garden maintenance. Every hour donated helps create a beautiful space that provides fresh produce, educational opportunities, and a place for neighbors to connect.

Big shoutout to Restore Church for choosing CHEW for a second consecutive year as one of the recipients of this annual food drive! 🙌✨

We had an absolute blast out there! Annette, I had such a wonderful time working alongside you—thank you for making it so much fun! 🧡
As you can see from the board in this photo, this food drive was an incredible success. In just a short two-hour window, this amazing community came together to bring in:

6,000 lbs of food and water! 📦💦
1,300 household items! 🧼🏠

Thank you, Restore Church, and thank you to everyone who made this day a massive win! 🕊️🍂

☀️🍎 United Way of Onslow County is excited to partner with Sandy Run Missionary Baptist Church for our 2nd Annual Summer Feeding Program! 🍎☀️

Beginning June 15 through August 21, children and teens 18 years of age and under are invited to receive FREE meals Monday through Friday from 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM at Sandy Run Missionary Baptist Church Fellowship Hall located at 1503 Hargett Street in Jacksonville.

📍 Meals must be eaten on site.
📍 Closed June 19 & July 3.

Summer can be a difficult time for many families when school meals are unavailable, and we are proud to help ensure local children continue to have access to nutritious meals throughout the summer months. 💙

Please help us spread the word so families in our community know this resource is available!

A huge shoutout to the amazing ladies from MSKA who dropped by on Wednesday! 🙌✨ Not only did they roll up their sleeves and crush our pack-out, but they also didn't come empty-handed—they brought a HUGE donation with them!
Once again, this community proves just how much heart it has when it comes to keeping our kids fed. We are so incredibly grateful for your time, your energy, and your generosity. Thank you, MSKA! ❤️🎒
