Together, we’re creating safe spaces, caring mentors & Great Futures for kids who need us most. For more than 60 years, Boys & Girls Clubs of Northeast Florida has been creating Great Futures for kids and teens across our community. What began in 1962 as the Boys’ Club of Jacksonville has grown into one of the region’s most impactful youth development organizations. Today, Boys & Girls Clubs of Northeast Florida operates 59 Clubs across five counties: Alachua, Clay, Duval, Nassau, and St. These include 13 community-based Clubs, 40 school-based sites, and 6 park locations. Together, they provide safe, supportive spaces where young people can learn, grow, and thrive. Our Clubs have more than 18,000 registered members and reach an additional 53,855 youth through community outreach. From academic enrichment to leadership development, sports, the arts, and healthy lifestyle programs, our goal is to ensure every child who walks through our doors has the tools and encouragement to reach their full potential. Our mission is clear: to enable all young people, especially those who need us most, to reach their full potential as productive, caring, responsible citizens. Our vision is just as bold: to provide a world-class Club Experience that assures success is within reach of every young person who enters our doors. That means all members are on track to graduate from high school with a plan for the future, demonstrating good character and citizenship, and living a healthy lifestyle. With the support of our community, Great Futures truly start here.

Engine 31 pulled up to Jacksonville Heights! 🚒

A huge thank you to Jacksonville Fire and Rescue Department for spending time with our Club kids today. Our members got to meet real-life heroes, check out the truck up close, and ask every question they could think of. 🧑‍🚒

Moments like this show our kids what courage, service and community look like. Thank you for showing up for Jacksonville’s youth!

Why does workforce training matter so much right now? 💼

Teen summer hiring just hit a record low, and employers expect teens to show up job-ready.

That’s why our team led a Workforce Incubator for 10 Boys & Girls Clubs from across the country, sharing what’s working here in Northeast Florida so more Club kids nationwide are ready for their first job.

92% of Club seniors already have a career in mind. 94% feel ready to get a job. 🙌

When staff are ready, kids are ready.

Our October Club of the Month is the WareWorks Teen Center at Orange Park High School Boys & Girls Club! 🏴‍☠️

With an average of 100 Raiders a day, this Club is more than a place to go. It’s a safe place to grow. Teens come here to connect and learn after the final bell, and the staff who show up for them every day have built a community that feels like family.
