Act II Players is excited to showcase Jacksonville’s finest talent and we want YOU to be part of it! Saturday, July 10 from noon until 3pm, Act II Players will host the Act II Players SHOWCASE.

A free, fun afternoon where attendees can learn more about Mandarin’s community theater and see some of the finest talent in the area! The event will take place at the Mandarin Garden Club at 2892 Loretto Road, 32223.

Interested in auditioning to be in the showcase? We’re looking for actors, singers, dancers, comedians, spoken word artist, you name it! This is your time to shine! Interested participants can send an audition YouTube video link to [email protected]. Specific requirements are detailed at actiiplayers.org.

Auditions must be received no later than midnight Friday, June 25. Entries will be reviewed and the SHOWCASE lineup will be announced the following week. All participants who are selected will be required to pay a small participation fee and attend the Showcase rehearsal on July 9 from 7pm to 9pm.

NOTE: Tickets are FREE but due to COVID guidelines, admission is limited.

ACT II Players is monitoring the situation of COVID-19 and is acting accordingly.

Regrettably, it is in the best interest that our May performance of Good Answer is canceled. We will still look forward to bringing you Oscar Wilde's The Importance of Being Earnest in the Fall along with some additional exciting announcements in the near future. Stay tuned for exciting updates coming very soon!
