The Harvey Bernhardt Foundation The Harvey Bernhardt Foundation was founded in 2007 in honor of Dr. Harvey Bernhardt, a dedicated member of the Jacksonville community.

Dr. Bernhardt survived polio at 2 years old and never gave up on his dreams, no matter the hurdle he was facing.
