Our Crisis Care Program (Client Services) is currently open seven days a week, and our hours are listed below. Monday - Friday: 10 AM - 1 PM and 4 PM - 7 PM
Saturday - Sunday: 10 AM - 1 PM

Our Clinic Program is currently open by appointment only on Tuesday afternoons and Friday mornings. Please call (904) 241-6767 X 112 should you want to inquire about your eligibility or make an appointment. At Mission House, we believe everyone deserves a safe path forward.

Client Story:
After years of hardship and homelessness following a difficult divorce, one client discovered a new possibility through the Homeward Bound Program—returning home to his mother.

With guidance from his Mission House Case Manager, he reconnected with his mom, who welcomed him home with a permanent place to stay.

Mission House arranged transportation to safely bring him home. Today, he is no longer sleeping on the streets. He is safe, home, and reunited with family.

This is what a safe path forward can look like, and we are honored to be part of the journey.

One conversation. One opportunity. One life moving forward. ❤️

After being discharged from a hospital in a neighboring county, one man was left stranded with nowhere to turn. He contacted our organization, and we helped him make his way to us.

When he arrived, he had a job interview scheduled but needed clean clothes. We were able to provide interview attire, giving him the confidence to show up prepared.

The result? He got the job!

Today, he's still employed and is working toward stable housing. Once he receives his paycheck, we'll help connect him with affordable room rental options through our new housing partnership.

Thank you to everyone who makes stories like this possible. Together, we're helping people move from crisis to stability, one step at a time.
