Membership Options: We currently have 2 membership plans available - "Part Time" and "Full Time" - that are priced at $250/month and $325/month respectively. Below are some additional details. == Part Time Membership == This plan is ideal for individuals looking to get out of the house on a regular basis but who don't necessarily need a dedicated workspace. Part time members are limited to floating desks / non-dedicated workspaces and as a result we keep the number of these membership plans to a minimum to prevent any capacity issues. You'll have unlimited, full time access to the space with the only limitations being that the membership doesn't include guest passes or the use of the mailing address. As such, this plan is well suited for someone who works on their own and is flexible with how and/or where they can work. - $250/month - Keyed, full time access to the space (after a short probationary period) - Limited to floating desks/non-dedicated workspaces - No guest passes == Full time Membership == This plan is ideal for individuals who are looking for a more permanent working arrangement and plan on being in the space regularly - if not every day. This is your home office away from home. Most of the benefits of the full time plan are the same as the part time plan with the added bonus of having your own, dedicated workspace that belongs to you as well as the ability to utilize the mailing address and unlimited guest passes if you need to have visitors. As such, this plan is likely well suited for someone who works remotely and needs a place to work daily or someone who wants their own space to work from regularly. - $325/month - Keyed, full time access to the space (after a short probationary period) - Dedicated desk - Use the mailing address for business mail - Unlimited guest passes (within reason) == Notes == - All memberships are month-to-month so you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. - The only thing we ask is that if you anticipate needing to cancel your membership that you please give us as close to 30 days notice as possible. This allows us to plan for your departure and start trying to find someone on the waitlist that may want to take over your membership. - All plans are automatically billed in on the first of each month for that month with the exception of memberships that start part of the way through a month. If that happens, we will prorate your first month and bill you in full month increments on the first of each subsequent month At the end of the day, regardless of if you're a member or not, we'd love for you to come out and work with us for a few days. There's absolutely no pressure to join, in fact, we prefer that you give it a trial run for several days and see if it works with your daily work habits. If you see value, you always have the opportunity to join us as a member. The Bungalow isn't a profit driven entity, we envision it as a place to bring together a community and that's the main motivator behind why it exists. The memberships are in place just to help make sure we can cover the costs of being here, so come check us out! :)
