This month was a reminder of exactly why we do what we do.

Serving the homeless community is so much more than giving a haircut. It’s about dignity, connection, conversation, and reminding someone that they are seen, valued, and loved.

There are always moments that are beautiful, moments that are hard, and moments that completely humble you. But through it all, I’m so thankful for every volunteer, every donation, every person who shares our mission, and every single person who shows up to serve alongside us.

Cuts of Grace continues to grow, and I can’t wait to see where God takes us next. 🤍

Thank you for believing in this mission and helping us continue to show love, touching more hearts than hair. 💕

Today the community came together to honor our friend Thomas Everett who lost his life far too soon. Thank you Saved 2 Serve: North Florida’s Street Friends and all those who helped put his celebration of life together. There was hot food, ministry, worship, and more. Thank you to those who continue to give to Cuts of Grace because of your donations we were able to provide the salad and desert to everyone who attended many of which who are street friends.

Thomas touched so many lives and it’s amazing to see the reach he had with in the community and our street friends who were given the chance today to properly grieve and celebrate his life. To witness the amount of love was truly moving 🙏🏼

Good acts, love, and giving to others create rewards that never fade away and Thomas was a testimony to that!

Serving our homeless community has reminded us that sometimes God doesn’t call us because the path will be easy, He calls us because there is a need, and He knows we’re willing to answer.

What started as an opportunity to serve has become something so much bigger: relationships, conversations, laughter, prayer, meals shared, haircuts given, and moments that remind us that every person deserves to feel seen, valued, and loved.

We don’t always know what we’re walking into, or how we’re going to make it all happen. But we’ve learned to trust that if God puts the calling on our hearts, He’ll provide the strength, the people, the resources, and the grace to see it through.

We’re so thankful for our ability to continue to serve the Jacksonville community alongside so many wonderful barbers/stylists.

Even extra thankful for a trailer provided by Ocean City Church to supply all the tools needed.

YOU GUYSSSSSSS, Cuts of Grace GOT A TRAILER!! Huge thank you to the wonderful people of Ocean City Church for their generous donation that made this possible!!!

This trailer has been on our vision board the last three years and will allow us to grow and contribute even more to our community!!!

Next up, we need our logo and QR code all over this thing!!! Here’s where we need your help:

1. Tag your local vinyl sticker maker, if that’s even what we need lol
2. Share your ideas on the best way to wrap this thing in our marketing.
3. Donate to make this possible and we will add your business logo sticker on the back for all of Jacksonville to see!
4. Know of a place that would allow us to store the trailer at? Tag them below or message us

We are a 501.3c and need all the help we can get ! So please message us if there is anything you may be able to help us with!
