Community Yoga tonight @ 6pm!

We are thrilled to announce that Jax-Zen, in collaboration with Pearl River Glass Conservatory, is expanding our offerings with a series of new yoga classes designed for all levels! Whether you're a seasoned yogi or just beginning your journey, our experienced instructors are ready to guide you through rejuvenating sessions that cater to your needs. We are starting with these three classes with plans to add more based on your feedback

🧘🏽‍♀️Mindful Midtown Community Yoga - Mondays (6pm) & Thursdays (10am) - Welcoming and inclusive sessions designed to bring people together through the practice of yoga. This class is perfect for yogis of all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners, and offers a supportive environment to deepen your practice and connect with others.

🧘🏽‍♀️Integral Hatha Yoga Traditional Class - Tuesday mornings (10am) - An all-levels class honoring the traditional practice of Integral Hatha yoga. We will explore the teachings of Sri Swami Satchidananda and the 6 limbs of this sacred practice. In this hour & a half class the student will practice asana, yoga nidra, pranayama & meditation. A truly magical practice to awaken and relax the mind, body & spirit.
