Our foundation is a 501 (c)(3) charity providing support services and supplies to the hospice community.

At 7 p.m., a sturdy chair becomes a quiet place to pause.

Through gentle seated movement, breathing, meditation and mindful awareness, our monthly Restorative Yoga class gives those navigating grief an opportunity to slow down and care for themselves. Instructor Noell Hyman leads the class, and no previous yoga experience is needed.
