Resident relationships drive our work, ensuring that all programs and initiatives align with community voices and continuously evolve to meet residents’ shifting needs. Our strategic priorities focus on deepening residents’ socioeconomic well-being, shaping policy, disrupting harmful narratives, and expanding possibilities for low-income communities nationwide.
