VOLUNTEERS AND TEAM LEADERS NEEDED

We have advertised our State Park Day workday, but now we need people who are ready to personally commit to helping.

Saturday, September 26, 2026
9:00 a.m. to noon
High Falls State Park
76 High Falls Rd, Jackson, Georgia

We need volunteers and team leaders for:

Flagpole flower-bed work
Fallsview Trail maintenance and trash pickup
Geocache maintenance
Volunteer parking and check-in
Safety and first aid
Tool collection and cleanup
Event photos

Team leaders will organize a small group, explain the assigned work, and make sure everyone returns and signs out.

If you can volunteer or lead a team, please email me directly at mailto:[email protected]. Tell me which job interests you and if you are willing to serve as a team leader.

Please do not rely on a Facebook “like” or comment. I need volunteers to contact me directly so we can make firm assignments before the workday.

Thank you,
Betty Eskew
President
Friends of High Falls State Park
