Looking for a creative Father's Day gift?

Support Grand Teton's bears by giving the gift of a bear box!

Bear boxes are secure, wildlife-safe food storage containers that keep bears from accessing human food, one of the leading causes of human-wildlife conflict in the park. A gift in Dad's name helps fund these boxes in Grand Teton, protecting both bears and the people who love visiting them.

Grand Teton is home to hundreds of wildflower species, each blooming in its own season and habitat. Swipe through to meet eight of our favorite 🌸

When you're out on the trails this summer, take a moment to appreciate their beauty and then leave them exactly as you found them. Wildflowers play a critical role in supporting native pollinators and fragile alpine ecosystems. The best souvenir is always a photo.

Millions of people walk Grand Teton’s trails every year. Keeping them maintained and accessible takes significant effort, and the 2026 season is already underway.

Trail crews are working on-the-ground at Taggart Lake, and work will begin later this month at Delta Lake and on the Teton Crest Trail. None of it happens without community support. These are the trails you love, and right now, they need you.

Every dollar donated to Grand Teton National Park
Foundation’s trail renewal projects up to $250 will be matched during the month of June. Your $50 becomes $100. Your $250 becomes $500.

June is waterfall season in Grand Teton National Park.

As temperatures warm and snow melts in the high alpine, the mountains put on quite a show. These powerful cascades are mesmerizing to watch, and a beautiful reminder that winter still has a grip above treeline.

If you are planning an adventure, be prepared for variable conditions. Deep snow persists above 9,000', and crampons and an ice axe are recommended for travel in the high country.

Behind every research project are the questions that guide the way.

This summer, the Foundation is delighted to be funding a number of research initiatives that will continue to support and address these critical questions, so the many species that call this park home are understood and better protected.
