Cinco de Mayo Mississippi Festival 2014 will be in the capitol city of Jackson, Mississippi on Saturday May 3rd, 2014 on State street and Capitol Street. This years Miss Cinco de Mayo Mississippi pageant will be4 weeks out and supported by the Mississippi Tourism Bureau. The Queen will be crowned, following the opening ceremony by special guests .Festival will be centered on Mexican culture and

also Mexican music and foods. The festival will be a multicultural event which will also have different ethnic groups and cultural events throughout the day. Authentic foods and carnival foods, music, headliner, Mexican, Country, Rock, Blues, Jazz, Gospel. Mexican vaqueros, American cowboys, an unique cultural dancers. This year includes a best outfit (Dog) Chihuahua contest. Last year was a great event and this years 2014 Cinco de Mayo Mississippi festival will be even greater. Lots of family friendly things to do with kids and children games.
