September Pony Club is just about to start on the 13th! There is still time for new and returning clubbers to sign up! And if you miss this month we’ll also be welcoming new Pony Clubbers throughout October and November. 🍂

Our Pony Club sessions are filled with fun, learning, and plenty of time with the ponies! Youth build horsemanship skills while also developing confidence, communication, teamwork, responsibility, emotional regulation, and other important prosocial skills—all through hands-on experiences.

✨ And the best part? Pony Club is open to ALL! ✨

We are also proud to partner with many community organizations at local and state level including OhioRISE who help make it possible for even more youth and families to access our program and get involved.

Whether your child is an experienced horse lover or has never been around a pony before, there’s a place for them here! 🐴💚

We are so grateful to partner with Stargazey Farms, and this year we’ve had a very special reason to visit!

Ilsa one of the members of our therapeutic herd on loan from Stargazey Farms has been on a little holiday from Pony Club duties while she’s been busy being a mum to a beautiful new filly! 🥰✨

This little girl has the sweetest temperament, and our Pony Clubbers were lucky enough to take a trip over to the main farm this week to meet her! Of course, the visit quickly turned into lots of cuddles, questions, and name ideas flying around! 😂

We can’t wait to see this little filly grow and discover what the future holds for her. 💕🐴

It’s hard to believe that Jewel has been part of our therapeutic herd for over FIVE years!

This little pony has a big heart and has made so many special connections with our Pony Clubbers over the years. From helping clubbers find their confidence to simply being a comforting friend, Jewel has become such a special part of what we do.

We are so grateful for every memory, every lesson, and every connection she has helped create. 🥰

We’re excited to offer Youth & Guardian Sessions, giving families the opportunity to learn, connect, and grow together through guided equine-assisted activities.

Together, families can build skills in:

Some of our more experienced Pony Clubbers recently joined us at the farm through our partnership with Job and Family Services camp adventure program, where they’ve been building valuable job-related skills—and this time, they got to put those skills to work helping teach some of our newer Clubbers alongside our instructor!

And right alongside them was Jelly, who has come such a long way since her first introduction to Pony Club. Watching Jelly gain confidence while our experienced Clubbers step into leadership roles has been pretty special. 🌱

Our Prosocial Pony Club offers lessons that go far beyond those that revolve around ponies! 🐴🌱

Last year, we were so excited to receive a Growing the Future Intergenerational Garden Grant from KidsGardening.org, and this year our garden has truly thrived! 🥕🍅🌻

Our garden gives Clubbers the opportunity to learn where food comes from, how to grow and care for it, and an especially important lesson on what foods are safe—and not safe—for our ponies to eat. 🐴🍎🌿

We’ve seen so many of our riding clients working toward their own unique goals—and the progress has been incredible to watch. From new skills and increased confidence to smiles, giggles, and lots of little victories, there has been so much to celebrate!

💔 We're heartbroken.

Sometime recently, someone removed the solar lights from our western trail obstacle course along the Fairgreens Road frontage. The fixtures are still there, but the lights themselves are gone.

These weren't decorative extras. They helped light the trail after dark, making it easier for visitors to see the fence and helping prevent accidents. Their loss affects everyone who uses and enjoys our facility.

For nearly 20 years, our nonprofit has worked to create a safe, welcoming place for individuals and families in our community. Every dollar we receive is carefully directed toward our programs and the people we serve. Replacing stolen items simply isn't something our budget can absorb.

To the person who took the lights: if you're reading this, we ask you to consider returning them. No questions asked. We believe people are capable of making better choices, and it's never too late to do the right thing. A simple act of returning them would mean more than you know.

To our wonderful supporters: if you happened to see anything unusual or have information that could help, please send us a private message. Even the smallest detail could make a difference.
