Jackson Pride stands in solidarity with all TGNCNBI community members affected by yesterday’s Supreme Court’s decision to uphold a stay on “The Gender Order” that targets passport renewals for TGNCNBI community members. We will continue to seek and share resources as we gather them.

It is important to note that while these actions are meant to cause disruption and uncertainty, the fundamental rights and human dignity of TGNCNBI individuals remain.
