Bridging the Gap is built on strong pastors and Community leaders who have a heart to see their Community transformed by the power of the Gospel. We are so thankful for each of our brothers and sisters who have committed to coming together monthly to pray through a strategy to serve our communities! Saturday we had the opportunity to bring everyone together to celebrate all that God has done and to connect in a deeper way! It's always a great time when we come together to Fellowship as one body!

We are so thankful to everyone who helped make this even happen a big thank you to for capturing these moments and for helping us make the food happen. We Are Better Together

Our South Jackson Coalition is expanding🎉🎉🎉🎉!!! We thought we were showing up for an interest meeting but the Pastors and leaders were so ready and excited about the vision that they have already started brainstorming about a plan for their area and they already have their next meeting date! Something special happens when we all getting in a room! The Holy Spirit reveals things when we are united that we miss when we are apart!

Bridging the Gap Outreach Ministries was privileged to receive the Rising Award presented by Partners in Education!

What a HONOR! This year, because of our partnership with , we have been able to have a deeper partnership with our South Jackson schools! It is such a blessing to be able to see gaps being filled not only in the community but also in the schools!

We praise God for all He is doing!

A life that inspired many, words that will continue to live on, wisdom that has shaped so many Ministries and Ministry leaders! Oh how the Lord can use one life to bring so much depth of Truth and Love in This World. We are so grateful to have known such a legendary man. We celebrate a life well lived. He ran his race and encouraged all of us to run ours! There is no doubt that Dr. Perkins had a grand entrance and heard well done my good and faithful servant!

Today, our hearts are overflowing with gratitude. We thank God for all He has done and is continuing to do in our city, our state, and through the work of Bridging The Gap Outreach Ministries.

We also want to say a special thank you to YOU. This ministry would not be the same without your prayers, your leadership, your serving hands, and your generosity. We are blessed to serve alongside so many incredible people who love God and love His people.

As you celebrate today, we pray you’re reminded that nothing you do for the Kingdom is ever in vain. Your impact matters! Your presence matters! You matter!

It's the holiday season, and we are excited about our annual Christmas in the Park with our Fondren coalition! Each year, many lives are impacted as we go out and share the love and Light of Christ by serving and giving and, most importantly, sharing the gospel!

If you or your church are looking for a way to give back this holiday season, we would love to invite you to be a part of Christmas in the park! Yvonne Tate – Communications Director
Yvonne has a heart for connection and storytelling. She oversees communications, helping share what God is doing through Bridging The Gap and highlighting the ministries and leaders making an impact in our city. Her passion is helping people see the beauty in our community and the power of working together for the Kingdom.

Catherine Hendricks – Executive Assistant
Catherine is a worship leader, gospel artist, and lifelong Clinton native with a passion for unity in the body of Christ. With over 20 years of experience as a stylist and barber, she brings both creativity and care to everything she does. She’s currently pursuing a degree in Business Office Technology while faithfully serving with Bridging The Gap.
