Teton Valley TU Kids Fishing Day
June 13, 2026 | 10:00 am – 1:00 pm

Bring the kids out for a fun day of fishing and hands-on learning at Trail Creek Pond. Participants will learn about river safety, aquatic insects, and fish anatomy while enjoying a day on the water. Rods and fishing supplies will be provided, and the first 100 kids will receive a free fishing rod or fishing gear while supplies last. Pizza, lemonade, and supplies will also be provided.

Due to limited parking at Trail Creek Pond, free shuttles will run from Kolter Ice Arena to the pond.

Snake River Fest Block Party
Friday, June 5, 2026 | 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm

Join Jackson Hole Trout Unlimited at the Snake River Fest Block Party this evening at Phil Baux Park, located at the base of Snow King.

The event will feature free live music, food trucks, a beer tent, and booths from local organizations and community partners. Stop by the JHTU booth to learn more about our work and upcoming events!

The event is free and open to all ages. We hope to see you there!

Join Jackson Hole Trout Unlimited Conservation Field Day on Saturday, June 13, from 10 am–2 pm, hosted by the Ricketts Conservation Foundation and the Bondurant Art & Ag Market.

Spend the day connecting with local conservation partners, learning about stewardship of our land, water, and wildlife, and exploring ways to support conservation in our community.

We’ll be joined by organizations including Friends of the Bridger-Teton, the Wyoming Game and Fish Department, Sublette County W**d & Pest, Snake River Fund, Teton Conservation District, and more.

JHTU is excited to support the Wyoming Game and Fish Department’s Kids Fishing Day once again on June 6!

Kids Fishing Day is an annual free event where kids (0-14) can learn, fish around the pond, and take home a free fishing pole. Lunch is provided!

Kids who attend Kids Fishing Day and participate in the scavenger hunt will be eligible for raffle prizes (including a kid’s kayak, kid’s life jacket, tackle, and more!)

R Park is located at 4270 River Springs Dr. Parking is limited, so please consider carpooling and using the Stilson Parking lot.

The Wyoming Game and Fish Department is always looking for adult volunteers to support the event by serving as “fishing guides” for the kids. Individuals interested in volunteering can contact Wyoming Game and Fish Jackson Fish Biologist, Diana Miller, at the Jackson Game and Fish office at 307-733-2321 or [email protected]
