Last week, museum professionals from across Mississippi came together for two days of learning, connection, collaboration, and celebration. We are so grateful to everyone who helped make this year’s conference a success!

The 2026 Mississippi Museum Association Conference is coming to Jackson, September 17–18, at the Two Mississippi Museums!

While you're in town for the conference, make plans to enjoy History Happy Hour on Thursday, September 17, from 5–7 p.m. at the Two Mississippi Museums.

The free, public event will feature:

The Mississippi Museums Association invites exhibitors to participate in the 2026 Annual Conference. This event brings together museum professionals, volunteers, educators, students, and cultural partners from across the state for networking, professional development, and the exchange of ideas and resources.

Exhibiting at the conference provides an opportunity to showcase your products, services, and resources while connecting with museum representatives and decision-makers. Mississippi Museums Association 2026 Annual Conference

September 17–18, 2026 | Two Mississippi Museums | Jackson, Mississippi

The Mississippi Museums Association, Two Mississippi Museums, and the Mississippi Department of Archives and History invite museum professionals, volunteers, educators, librarians, students, professors, and cultural heritage practitioners to submit proposals for the 2026 Annual Conference.

We welcome sessions that share innovative ideas, practical strategies, lessons learned, and successful projects that support museums and cultural organizations.

All sessions are approximately 50 minutes and may be presented as:
