Mississippi Museums Association (MMA) MMA strives to provide a state-wide group of museum professionals with opportunities to expand their professional knowledge.

The MMA was founded to promote professional communication between all museums in the Mississippi; to promote statewide awareness of the value of museums in our society; to establish and maintain professional museum networks within Mississippi and our southeastern region; and to provide opportunities for personal networking and professional development and education.
