East Madison County Community Center was presented a check for volunteering at Festival of Lights at Pugh Bourne Park in December by the Madison County Conservation Board.
The check was presented to members Zelma Comer
and Marvel Bills-Sherrod on behalf of the Center.

On December 19, 2025, the EMCCA Christmas Dinner for the Community brought people together. Everyone enjoyed food and fellowship. 🎄🎅️🎁😊

Our Annual Christmas Dinner will be held at the East Madison County Community Center, 682 Tri Community Road, Jackson, TN, on December 19, 2025, at 6:00 P.M. All are welcome to attend and enjoy the festivities. 🎄🎅️🎁👍😊

The East Madison County Community Association contributed volunteer services at the Festival of Lights in Pugh Bourne Park from December 12 through 19.

The EMCCA Chromebook Class was sponsored through the Southwest Human Resource Agency, with Erin Pickle SWHRA Tech Helps Coordinator, Eunice Pruitte-Instructor.

This program is provided through the State of TN for Seniors to ensure they have access to essential technology for communication, education and daily life.

After 15 hours of classes the students graduated and received their own Chromebook.
