After many years of serving our community, it is with incredibly heavy hearts that we announce the closure of West Tennessee Hearing & Speech Center.
This is not a message we ever imagined having to share. It has been an incredible privilege to serve the individuals and families who have walked through our doors and trusted us with their hearing, speech, and communication needs.
Over the years, this Center has been so much more than a building. It has been a place where children found their voices, families found support, and individuals of all ages received care that helped them connect more fully with the world around them. We are deeply proud of the impact this organization has made throughout West Tennessee.
To our patients and families, we apologize that we could not reach out to you individually. This was not something the staff wanted. Thank you for trusting us with your care. To our donors, volunteers, community partners, and supporters—thank you for believing in the work of the Center and helping make it possible.
While closing this chapter is incredibly difficult, we will always be grateful for the lives touched, the relationships formed, and the memories made here.

Once we have appointed a custodian of records, we will provide that information to our patients. In the meantime, please know that if your hearing aids are still under warranty, the warranty goes with you wherever you go. Any provider that services your brand of hearing aids should be able to look up your warranty using the serial number located on your hearing aids.
We have also listed a few hearing aid providers in the area that may be able to assist you. The best way to determine whether your insurance is accepted is to contact your insurance company directly. You can also visit your hearing aid manufacturer’s website and use their provider locator to find providers in your area who service your specific brand of hearing aids.
