Jackson Community Foundation We connect people and resources to causes that strengthen our community! Our office is open Monday – Thursday from 9AM – 4PM and by appointment on Friday.

The Jackson Community Foundation supports a hybrid work model which includes a blend of in-office, remote and one-the-go work schedules. If you would like to meet with a staff person, please contact them to schedule an appointment.

IT'S HERE!!!!!!! TODAY WE CELEBRATE THE LAUNCH OF RX KIDS!
We're so excited that the City of Jackson and Blackman Charter Township are one of 20 selected communities that will be launching Rx Kids On June 1, 2026! Rx Kids is the nation’s first-ever, community-wide maternal and infant cash prescription program supporting healthier pregnancies and stronger starts for babies!
♥️ Beginning June 1st, Rx Kids will provide all pregnant moms in the City of Jackson and Blackman Charter Township with no-strings-attached cash prescription of $1,500 during pregnancy and $500 each month during infancy! Learn more https://bit.ly/4cOm9vv
