Packed the room and took the students on a little field trip. In our efforts to address the gate system in Louisiana, the AFA Gulf South Chapter has partnered with the LLSSA to increase awareness, not only to the Fire Marshal Office, but to those in the Life Safety Property Protection world. With these efforts being executed it will increase the safety of the public, not only from injury but also from contractors fraud in the State of Louisiana. Overall this will hopefully increasing the application of successful, proper installs of gate systems across the state.
