Yesterday was a testament to answered prayer! We had the JMS Russell Metals Corp 21st Annual Young Life Golf Classic at the Jackson Country Club. Leading up to the tournament, stormy weather was forecasted to interrupt or cancel our day. However, it ended up being a very windy, but altogether great day of golf! Cherokee Home Services 1 won the day with a -17, followed by Team Ryder and Union University with a -16. Thank you to our incredible volunteers and golf committee helping work and raise $48,500 for Young Life Jackson! We had a great time with some of our Young Life leaders last week placing new leaders, enjoying a meal, and time with our Board and remembering what it means to be a Young Life leader. One of the staples of January and February is Church League basketball. This year, we had 20 Young Life and Wyldlife teams participate, which has led to lots of laughs and shared experiences with leaders and their friends. As the season wraps up, the friendships formed between “coaches” and players lead to deeper conversations throughout the year.

Unbelievable weekend at Clearwater Cove! We loved having our friends there and experiencing life to the full. We made new memories and met new people.
