If you live in Tennessee and your primary home was damaged by the winter storms that swept across our state, or you're a renter who was displaced due to damage to your rental home, you may qualify for money from the REALTORS Relief Fund. New data from the National Association of REALTORS® shows that 𝐁𝐚𝐛𝐲 𝐁𝐨𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐥𝐚𝐢𝐦𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐭𝐨𝐩 𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐭—making up 𝟒𝟐% 𝐨𝐟 𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐡𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐛𝐮𝐲𝐞𝐫𝐬 this past year.

💵 Half of older boomers paid 𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘪𝘳𝘦𝘭𝘺 𝘪𝘯 𝘤𝘢𝘴𝘩.
👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Gen X is leading the charge on multigenerational homes.
📉 Millennial buyers have dropped from 38% to 29%.
🙋‍♀️ Gen Z is just starting to enter the market—most are buying solo.

🤝 And here’s something we’re proud of: 88% of buyers worked with a REALTOR® to guide them through the process.
