BYLAWS of THE FEDERATION OF ASSOCIATIONS FOR THE ADVANCEMENT OF ESTONIAN YOUTH
To promote and support Estonian scouting, the Federation of Association for the Advancement of Estonian Youth (henceforth ESGSS Liit USA-s) has been founded in ac
cordance with the following Bylaws:
I GENERAL PROVISIONS
1. The aim of ESGSS Liit USA-s is to unite all Associations for the Advancement of Estonian Youth in. the United States for the purpose of providing Estonian scouting with economic assistance, executing joint activities, cultivating ethnic solidarity, directing and supervising youth activity, and providing liaison with other like-minded organizations on a world-wide basis.
2. To achieve its goals, ESGSS Liit USA-s
a) shall organize lectures, meetings, and other joint activities for the purpose of introducing, promulgating, promoting and providing financial support for scouting;
b) shall publish and support the dissemination of the literature of scouting;
c) shall assist in the ex*****on of jamborees, educational trips, and other collective activities;
d) shall organize, for the purpose of expanding its economic foundation, exhibits, sales, and funds raisers; shall establish and manage economic ventures, and promote cooperation with other organizations, without becoming involved in political activities.
