Jackson County - MN Sheriff's Reserve The Jackson County Sheriff's Reserve is an all-volunteer, non-profit organization that serves the communities of Jackson County (MN).

Our reserve unit members provide a variety of valuable duties in the communities of Jackson County(MN) as a supplement to the county's full-time uniformed officers. These duties are provided at 100% volunteer time by the reserve members. The reserve unit can be activated by the Sheriff's office when the need for additional personnel arises. These instances include natural disasters, weather events

, crime scene support, search and rescue events, security and crowd control, or the support of patrol operations.
