A special thank you to the Let’s Play Golf Foundation for providing expert instruction and helping us develop a greater appreciation for the game of golf.

We learned, we laughed, we practiced—and most importantly, we had a great time! Who knows…we may just have an Ebony Pearls team competing in the 2027 Ivy Links Invitational Golf Tournament!

Ebony Pearls Foundation, Inc. was proudly represented by Patricia Magee, Board President, and Chelsea Crittle, Board Secretary, at the Women’s Foundation of Mississippi’s Sip, Savor, and Support Brunch on Saturday, August 15th, held at the beautiful The Orchid Bed and Breakfast Hotel.

It was a wonderful morning of fellowship, connection, and supporting the important work of the Women’s Foundation of Mississippi. We were also delighted to connect with other AKA’s who were in attendance!

And, of course, we enjoyed a smoking mimosa—a fun and memorable touch to an already fabulous brunch!

Ebony Pearls Foundation is committed to building relationships, supporting women and girls, and strengthening our community through meaningful partnerships and service.

As we concluded the final day of the Ebony Pearls Foundation, Inc. Premiere Putters Golf Clinic, our hearts are full as we celebrate the amazing young golfers who have spent two days learning new skills, building confidence, making friends, and discovering the game of golf.

We are so proud of each participant for their enthusiasm, determination, and willingness to try something new. Watching these young athletes grow both on and off the course has been truly inspiring.

A special thank you to our dedicated instructors, volunteers, sponsors, parents, and community partners whose support made this experience possible. Your commitment helped create an inclusive and memorable opportunity for youth with developmental disabilities to learn, play, and shine.

As we conclude this year's clinic, we look forward to seeing our Premiere Putters continue to grow their love for the game and carry the lessons of teamwork, perseverance, and sportsmanship into the future.

Day One of the Ebony Pearls Foundation, Inc. Premiere Putters Golf Clinic was a tremendous success!

Today, young participants gathered at Pete Brown Golf Course to learn the fundamentals of golf in a fun, engaging, and supportive environment. Throughout the day, youth received hands-on instruction from experienced golf professionals who helped them develop their skills while emphasizing the importance of confidence, discipline, sportsmanship, and healthy lifestyles.

Beyond learning the game, participants had the opportunity to make new friends, build self-esteem, and experience the values that golf teaches both on and off the course.

We are proud of our young golfers and grateful to our instructors, volunteers, and supporters who helped make the first day of the clinic such a rewarding experience. We look forward to another exciting day on the course tomorrow!
