This October, Friends of Heart is proud to recognize Sudden Cardiac Arrest Awareness Month as a proud participant in the 4 Minute Community Program.

Sudden cardiac arrest can happen to anyone, anywhere, and survival often comes down to seconds - that's why we've equipped trained volunteers throughout our community with Avive Connect AEDs®, connected directly to 911 dispatch - so life-saving care can arrive quickly. With survival rates as high as 74% when an AED is used within the first 3 minutes, our volunteers are making a real difference for their neighbors.

Screenings begin Monday and continue over the next two weeks.

We are so excited that our largest fundraiser of the year is finally here!

Black Tie & Blue Jeans is this Saturday, Aug. 1 at the Carl Perkins Civic Center for what is sure to be an incredible evening of fun, fellowship, and giving back. Doors open at 6:00 PM, and dinner will be served at 7:00 PM.

It’s going to be a great night filled with: Delicious dinner, Dancing, Live auction, Silent auction, Wh***ey pull, & And most importantly, support for the mission of FOH
