Baker Street West proudly presents an original full-length play: Sherlock Holmes vs. Dracula: A Musical, written by John Lee and inspired by the immortal works of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle and Bram Stoker. The year is 1894. After three long years, Sherlock Holmes has returned from his presumed watery grave at the Reichenbach Falls . . . only to confront a new and terrifying nemesis ~ Count Dracula! Will reason triumph over darkness? There is only one way to find out:
Performances: Sept. 18 - Oct. 11, at Baker Street West in Jackson. Friday evenings at 7:00 p.m.; Saturday and Sunday matinees at 2:00 p.m.

It's been a lively and rewarding summer at Baker Street West as our young actors have stepped into the gaslit world of Sherlock Holmes, the world's most famous consulting detective. Together, they have learned the art of stagecraft, built confidence, and immersed themselves in Victorian London, where mystery, deduction, and adventure await around every corner.
Now, after weeks of rehearsals and hard work, they are ready to present their own theatrical adaptation of one of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle's most beloved adventures:
Sherlock Holmes and the Adventure of the Red-Headed League . . . Explained!
Join us as these talented young performers bring Holmes, Watson, and an unforgettable cast of characters to life with imagination, humor, and heart.

Saturday, August 22 at 1 o'clock pm
Sunday, August 23 at 1 o'clock pm

The old Grammar School - Jackson, California.

These structures were removed to make way for the current Jackson Elementary School, which was built in 1948. The only remnant of the old Grammar School is the school bell that sits in front.

It is unknown when this photo was taken, but, if I had to guess, I'd say 1920s-1930s.
