This holiday season, we are celebrating 6 Green Card applications that were approved this fall! Each approval represents stability, safety, and the ability for a family to continue building a future in the place they call home.
Five of these cases were marriage-based Green Card applications that required our clients and staff to prepare for and navigate in-depth interviews with immigration officials. The sixth approval was for the parent of a U.S. citizen, bringing long-awaited relief to that family.

For the last 9 years, Immigrant Hope WY-ID has been supporting the members of our community. We are truly blown away by the generosity shown during this year’s Old Bill’s Giving Season (thanks to you!), Immigrant Hope received wonderful news that will help us continue assisting those who need it most.

Your generous donations make it possible for us to provide immigration legal consultations and assistance with immigration applications, helping around 100 families in our community every year.

A special thank-you to all our donors, the Community Foundation of Jackson Hole, and to our board members Denisse, Aldo, and Wendy for representing Immigrant Hope at the event. Together, we make our community a place of hope and opportunity for everyone.

In the first half of 2025, Immigrant Hope WY-ID has been providing critical assistance to our community. We’ve had a meaningful impact, assisting 77 community members with everything from stand-alone consultations to assisting them with their applications. The government made decisions on 14 of our cases in the first half of the year.

Our work goes beyond paperwork. We help ensure our community knows their rights, and we attend bi-weekly webinars with the Immigrant Legal Resource Center in order to provide high quality and accurate information to clients. Your support has been vital in making this work possible.

Next Wednesday, 8/13, the coalition is hosting our “Beyond DACA” Community Call to discuss the potential pathways to adjust your legal status. DACA is a temporary solution, and we’ll dive into the options and resources available to navigate the process of adjusting your status.

While the call will not include legal advice, you will leave with valuable information, connections to legal support, and a sense of community.
