Annual Meeting Notice: Please review the notice for details about our upcoming Annual Meeting. Your participation is important and helps keep our community strong and connected. Please mark your calendar for Saturday, March 28th, 10:00 AM. at the lake dock. Bring your own chair.

Spring Reminder Letter: This letter includes helpful tips and reminders to keep our neighborhood looking its best as we head into the warmer months.

After some extensive pre-season repair and maintenance work, we have received the all-clear from the pool company. The pool will be opening tomorrow.

Here are a few things to keep in mind as the pool season gets underway.

1- The pool is for Jackson Glenn residents who are current on their dues and have a working key card, and for guests they bring to the pool. If you bring guests, you are responsible for them.

2- There is no lifeguard at the pool. Everyone swims at their own risk.

3- No children under 14 are permitted at the pool without adult supervision. Adult supervision does not include their older minor siblings.

4- No smoking of any kind, and no glass bottles are permitted in the pool area. This includes vapes.

5- Anyone accessing the pool by any means other than a keycard is trespassing. If you see this, you can ask them to leave, or call the police and have them removed.

6- Anyone damaging any property at the pool will be charged with vandalism and will be responsible for any damages.

7- Clean up behind yourself and always be neighborly. The pool is a place to have fun.

Good morning Jackson Glenn! The work to remove the overgrown shrubs from the Roosevelt entrance will begin this morning, and should be completed today. Pine straw should be going down across the common areas later in the week.
