🌿 Earlier this year, after the winter storms passed through Mississippi, I spoke with a grower who said something that stayed with me:

Those cold snaps and heavy rains delayed planting and left many farmers facing tough decisions about timing and risk. A few lost weeks at the start of the season can change everything.
This conversation became the initial motivation for me to create this series.
