This week is “NATIONAL YOUNG ADULT CANCER AWARENESS WEEK” and Caps that Care is kicking it off by shipping off 12 huge boxes of hats to 12 different states!


This is the perfect week to do your self Breast exam! Remember that breast cancer is not age specific, and 5% of the diagnosed breast cancer population is under the age of 40. I was that 5%!


Be your own hero and save yourself by performing your self breast exam.
