📌 Who are these scholarships for?
Students need to be enrolled in an approved workforce readiness program or pursuing an industry certification.

📌 What schools do you have to be enrolled in?
Students have to be enrolled in a West Tennessee community college, TCAT, or Moore Tech.

📌 What can this scholarship be used for?

Coaching conversation with a 3rd-year novice teacher who is on a permit (T):

Me: How do you plan to build your word wall for the new novel? (This was my way of signaling the current word wall needed attention. We're in Module 3; the vocabulary words on the wall are from Module 1.)

T: “Nobody explained to me how to build a word wall. They just said put one up.”

Me: explains 'the why' and 'the how' behind word walls

T: “I know the words are old, but when they come in, I get a checkmark (with a stare and a slight smile). I know that's bad, but it's so much to keep up with..."

‼️ There is so much to unpack here.

‼️ This isn’t about a word wall.
