The West Tennessee Veterans Coalition is getting ready for our Annual Military Ball on Saturday, November 21st at the STAR Center in Jackson, and we're looking for local businesses to join us as Silent Auction Donors!

Here's the best part: this isn't just about asking you for a donation — it's about creating an opportunity to showcase your business. ❤️

We're looking for local businesses willing to donate:
🎁 Gift baskets & merchandise
🍽️ Restaurant & dining gift certificates
💆 Spa & salon services
🚗 Auto detailing
⛳ Golf & recreational experiences
🛠️ Professional services
🎨 Artwork, tools, outdoor equipment & other unique items
💵 Monetary donations or sponsorships

In return, we'll put the spotlight on the businesses that help make this event possible! Donors receive recognition in our event program and marketing, promotion through Coalition social media, and the opportunity to include business cards or promotional materials with their auction item.

We especially want to highlight our locally owned small businesses. This is a chance to get your name in front of hundreds of veterans, service members, military families, community leaders, and supporters — while showing them that your business stands behind those who served. 🇺🇸

Come out on September 12, 2026, from 10 AM–3 PM (CST) at Daisye Musgrave Hulan Park in Shelbyville, TN as the 25th anniversary of 9/11 is honored and remembered by the community.

Enjoy health resources, a blood drive, Veteran support organizations, car & jeep shows, live music, food trucks, a dog show, and more!

Plus, help build the World’s Largest Toilet Paper Pyramid to support local nonprofits and families in need.

This will be a great event for the entire family!
