Our deepest condolences to the family, employees, and friends of James Thompson, owner of Jetco Painting.

James was a light to so many. His presence alone brought hope and encouragement. He was a special vessel in our community, providing jobs, inspiring others, and making a lasting difference. He was a man who touched the lives of many through his work and service to the community.

Even if you didn’t know him personally, if you ever crossed paths with him, shook his hand, saw his smile, or looked into his eyes, you could tell he was a genuinely good man with a beautiful soul.

May his legacy continue to shine through the lives he touched. He will be remembered with love and gratitude.

May he rest in peace, and may God comfort his loved ones during this difficult time.

A huge thank you to Advance Auto Parts on E. Michigan Avenue for allowing the Dungytreei Heritage Foundation to host our annual youth car wash!

Because of your generosity and the support of everyone who stopped by, 12 amazing young people worked hard and earned $240 to help them attend the Jackson County Fair.

Join us today from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM as we invest in our young people and create opportunities for them to learn, grow, and earn.

Our youth will have the opportunity to participate and keep the money they earn. This is about empowering our next generation, teaching valuable skills, and showing our youth that their hard work has value.
