Today was about more than food. ❤️🍽️ It was about dignity, compassion, unity, and reminding people they are SEEN, valued, and loved. Today, NAREB and the Central Mississippi Association of REALTISTS (CMAR) came together as ONE to serve our community by feeding the homeless and showing what democracy in housing truly looks like in action. 🏡✨ Sometimes the greatest blessing is simply showing up for people during difficult moments with kindness, respect, and an open heart.

Service changes communities. Unity changes lives. And when we stand together with love and purpose, hope grows stronger. 🙌🏽 Thankful for every volunteer, every helping hand, every smile, and every person who gave their time today to make a difference. This is what community is supposed to look like. Together, we can build more than houses — we can build hope. ❤️🏠

In less than 24 hours, the Central Mississippi Association of Realtists came together to collect donations, shop for supplies, and personally deliver two truckloads of tornado relief supplies to families in Lincoln County, MS.

Seeing the damage in person was truly heartbreaking, but it also reminded us why community matters so much during difficult times like these.

We are excited to announce our 1st MREC Approved CE Course!📓✨💙

Dr. Zakk Varughese, recognized as one of the top business
leaders transforming real estate in 2026, leads "AI for Real Estate Agents: Powerful Tools, Serious Risks," a 2‑hour continuing education course for real estate salespersons, brokers, and related professionals. Combining over two decades of collegiate teaching with active industry practice as a licensed broker, fellow Realtist, and multi‑million‑dollar producing agent, Dr. Varughese delivers plain‑English explanations of generative, predictive, automation, and chatbot tools and demonstrates practical uses for marketing and listing copy, client communication, transaction workflows, market summaries, and basic image tools.

The course also addresses major risks—fair housing and steering, invented or misstated facts, confidentiality and privacy, intellectual property, deceptive image edits, and reliance on AI for legal advice—and emphasizes verification and human review. Participants leave with the SAFE framework (Scrub sensitive information; Audit for accuracy; Filter for fair housing and ethics; Escalate when needed), practical prompts and red‑flag checklists, and sample brokerage policy language to help use AI for efficiency while protecting accuracy, ethics, confidentiality, and compliance.
