In memory of Mr. Fredrick Payne
1966-2025
The Step Between — a figure who bridges motion and stillness.
That is what Mr. Payne was. His presence was consistency itself.

He served with compassion, respect, and unwavering purpose. His passion for social service was both admirable and inspiring, a quiet force that impacted all.

We are deeply grateful to have served alongside him, to have learned from his tireless dedication. It was an honor to serve with him, and New Way will forever cherish the time we shared in service.
