We sent out a quick email to all Wyndchase residents who are signed up for our newsletter. A local business hid a give away in one of the houses with bears on the windows! If you are out for your walk go on a scavenger hunt and find it! I hear it’s posted on a mailbox with a heart on it ❤️

Due to the current situation with COVID-19. We have decided to postpone the Annual Homeowners Association meeting. At this time, we feel it is better to plan the meeting when we have a better understanding on how this may impact all of us.

A future date will be scheduled when there is no concern for viral transmission.

We will try to keep everyone posted via this newsletter and a posting by the entrance.

February 2020 Newsletter:

Our Annual meeting is slated for March 31.  The location will be at the Barn of the Fellowship Church located on the corner of Pleasant Plains and McClellan.  We plan to start at 6:30.  Agenda items are as follows;

Hello Neighbors!
Thanks to everyone who has reached out to us about this coming Halloween trick or treating. We understand the concern and we have been looking closely at the forecast for tomorrow. For now it looks as the rain should be gone by early afternoon so we will keep trick or treating OCTOBER 31st. We know how the weather in TN sometimes acts and we will keep you informed of any change via facebook, next door, website and of course email.

We sent a quick newsletter this morning reminding everyone about the two upcoming events:

1. Ice Cream Social - Friday May 17th @ Cheddleton Dr. 5-7 pm. We'll have a bounce house for the kiddos and of course ice cream! (This is an only WYNDCHASE event)

2. HOA Meeting June 7th @ Fellowship Barn from 7-8pm to vote on the Covenants Consolidation & elect a new member for the open position in the HOA Board.
