One of the most underserved populations are Teenagers and young adults. They are often overlooked and are also considered vulnerable. One aspect of this age group is “Teen Dating Violence.” Teen dating violence has a profound impact on lifelong health, opportunity, and well-being. Unhealthy relationships can start early and last a lifetime.
Teens are dealing with emotional instability, suicidal thoughts, and feelings of insecurity. What better way to help that to provide a space for them to be educated on topics they are dealing with at school and in their personal lives.
Mark your calendars for February 8, 2025, for an impactful day filling our Teens with meaningful knowledge regarding: Your Mental Health Matters, Updates with S*x Trafficking, Self Esteem and the Power of Hope. We have a nice treat in store for you. Grab your community and enjoy a day filled with support and community.

Domestic violence involves hurting or controlling someone physically, psychologically, sexually, or financially, resulting in feelings of entrapment in a relationship or home. A victim of domestic violence will often fear for their life or the lives of children or pets. The abuser may prohibit contact with friends and family and may control finances. An abuser also projects shame and blame onto a victim. Victims often feel many different emotions, including fear, confusion, anxiety, and depression.
