For trans and nonbinary individuals, recognition, honor, and celebration are critical components of living authentically. Each participant displayed immense courage, showcasing the strength it takes to live out loud in a world that often seeks to silence them.

One of the highlights of the evening was the professional headshots we took. Last night, we dove deep into our powerful theme: **"Love Shouldn't Hurt."** We explored the different forms of abuse and how they manifest in our lives, communities, and culture. It was an eye-opening discussion that sparked meaningful conversations and healing.

In honor of Black History Month, we spotlighted the incredible **Monica Roberts**—a trailblazer whose legacy inspired us all. Shockingly, most people were hearing her name for the first time, but her story resonated deeply and became the highlight of our evening.

The energy in the room was electric! We laughed, celebrated each other , and we left feeling uplifted and empowered. It’s a vibe that you truly don’t want to miss.

World AIDS Day 2024, Collective Action: Sustain & Accelerate HIV Progress observance was dynamic.

I had the honor of being one of the panellists for the event speaking on the importance of community members being embraced, respected and informed of HIV prevention/ treatment.

It brings me joy knowing that we are moving toward new beginnings for our communities here in Mississippi. Let's continue leading with LOVE❤️

We had a great time yesterday at Grace House’s backyard BBQ. The vibe was great, the BBQ was good, the spades game was a battle and the water balloon fight was fun. It brings me joy to see community members coming together to love on each other. Epic event❤️

Once you start to elevate in life, you will disappoint a lot of people. Those who benefited from your ignorance, codependency and those who have taken your kindness as a weakness.

If this is you and you're feeling guilty for doing what's best for you. You have two choices! Continue to stay stuck in confusion or disappoint them all. What's meant for you will always be there. Putting yourself first doesn't make you selfish, it makes you self full. You can't pour from an empty cup :)
