The summer is half over. The struggles to keep food on the table continue. The generosity of individuals and small businesses is inspiring. We are just the middleman. Last week, we served 233 precious individuals, 90 families, and we had 6 new sign-ups. Your outpouring of love, compassion and generosity is very, very much appreciated.

Many of us have faced struggles at some point in our lives. At Open Arms Ministry Food Pantry, we are deeply grateful to our donors! We believe we echo the sentiments of those who benefit from your kindness when we say... THANK YOU! This week, we assisted 251 individuals from 88 families, including three new arrivals. Here are a few of the cherished people whose lives are touched by your donations.

At Open Arms Ministry Food Pantry, we are committed to serving our community. We appreciate all who participate in our mission, whether it be by donations, prayers, or social media support. This week, our grateful hearts recognize: Faith Faith, Pamela J Phillips-Major, Eric Meents, Ashley Nicole Cox, Joseph Braden, Rhonda Ausmus Albers, and Mandy Jones. With the support of our community, we served 597 individuals during the first 2 weeks of June. A total of 261 families, plus 10 new sign-ups.

We couldn't do what we do without our faithful and our new donors! The month of May allowed us to serve 558 adults, 222 children, 270 seniors, and 459 families. So in all, we served 1050 people this month! That is 1050 people who had food on their tables this month. Thank you!

A great big thanks to two local drop-off donation centers. Robin’s Nest Market and Antiques 5782 General Carl W Stiner Hwy, La Follette, and Volunteer Auto Fix 516 West Central Avenue , La Follette. Both locations are conveniently located to help those who can't make it to Jacksboro. Their compassion to help their friends and neighbors is what Campbell County is all about! We highly recommend checking out their services and taking a couple of canned vegetables or non-perishable foods with you. Any donation is never too small. Please Share and Donate, if possible.
