As September comes to a close, we would like to give a huge shoutout to Krome Salon for sponsoring our September monthly treat! We are so thankful for support from businesses in the community!

💙💛 JES PTO Meeting Recap 💛💙

We had our first PTO meeting of the school year last night, and we want to send a HUGE thank-you to everyone who attended! We were excited to welcome several new members, including teachers, both of our principals, and School Board Member Randy Heatherly. We appreciate each of you taking the time to support our students and school!

Here are a few exciting things we have planned:
🍭 Boo Grams: We will be selling Boo Grams again this year! We are currently seeking donations of Blow Pop suckers.

🍎 Monthly Teacher Treats: We will continue providing special treats for our teachers each month. We are looking for local businesses to sponsor a month for approximately $100. September and November are already sponsored!

🎡 Fall Carnival: Come see us at the school’s fall carnival, where we will have a fun temporary tattoo station!

👕 Free JES T-Shirts: We are working on our T-shirt order so that every JES student and teacher receives a FREE school shirt! Parents will also have the opportunity to purchase shirts. Order forms will be sent home soon.

🍽️ Dinner on Us: This year, one lucky JES teacher will receive a gift card to a local restaurant each month! Every teacher will automatically be entered—you do not have to attend PTO meetings to win. This is just one more way for us to show our teachers how much we appreciate everything they do!

📣 We still desperately need more parents to get involved! Our goal is to have at least one parent representing every grade level. You do not have to attend every meeting to help or be involved. Whether you can donate, volunteer at an event, sponsor a teacher treat, or simply help when your schedule allows, we would love to have you!

📚💙💛 Tomorrow is the FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL!💛💙📚

JES PTO made sure our amazing teachers and staff are ready to start the year by stocking the teachers’ lounge with plenty of snacks and drinks! 🍿🍫🥤

It’s just a small way to say THANK YOU for everything they do for our students. We’re wishing our teachers, staff, and students an amazing first day and a wonderful school year! 🦅✨
