🇵🇭 What an incredible 1st Annual Charlottesville Filipino Spring Festival yesterday! If you’ve been with us all this time or you’re new to this page, know that we’re excited you’re here!

Bringing a Filipino festival to Charlottesville has been a long held dream of mine, and it truly wouldn’t have been possible without the amazing people who helped make it a reality.

To our board and committee members, our dedicated volunteers, our vendors who shared delicious food and unique goods, our community partners, and our talented performers—thank you for sharing your gifts and helping us celebrate our culture.

Our mission has always been to serve, unite, and celebrate the Filipino community in Charlottesville, Virginia, and the surrounding areas. Yesterday we saw the power and beauty in having a space that was ours. We envision a future where we have a dedicated space. A place to celebrate together, to learn about our heritage, history, language, and traditions. A place where we can proudly pass down our culture so that future generations will always know where they come from.

“Grace has been a true lifesaver. She guided me through my marriage-based immigration process—and even through the difficult dissolution of that marriage—while ensuring my green card status was secure.

Today, I’m proud to say I’m eligible for citizenship, something that wouldn’t have been possible without her. After 7 years of unwavering support, she’s more than just a lawyer—she’s family.”

Big honor for our community 🇵🇭✨

We’re proud to share that the City of Charlottesville has officially proclaimed May 2, 2026 as Charlottesville Filipino Spring Festival Day!

This recognition celebrates not only the inaugural Charlottesville Filipino Spring Festival, but also the generations of Filipino Americans who have shaped and strengthened our community—from the pioneers who arrived in the 1960s to the families and professionals continuing that legacy today.

Through service, culture, and connection, the Filipino community has made lasting contributions—especially in healthcare, hospitality and small businesses. This festival is a reflection of that impact: bringing together the beauty, diversity, and spirit of the Philippines while welcoming the entire Charlottesville community to celebrate with us.
