The Piedmont Area Tennis Association (PATA) is thrilled to bring our next Tennis Social to the beautiful courts at Lake Monticello on Sunday, May 31st.

Our social events are all about community, fun, and connecting local players. It’s a completely casual, friendly round-robin format where you’ll get to play a few short matches and mix it up with different partners.

No partner? No problem! Come solo or bring a friend—everyone is welcome, but you must register.

Albemarle County has officially established itself as a massive powerhouse for Virginia high school tennis. Coach Ron Manilla’s Western Albemarle High School Warriors (Class 3) are competing with Chip Grobmyer's Albemarle High School Patriots (Class 5) tomorrow afternoon (May 20) at Boars Head (due to the rain predicted). Our Tennis community should show up to watch some of the best tennis in Virginia at 4pm! Come spend your rainy afternoon watching these young men play tomorrow.

Don't forget to support the other Charlottesville team, Coach John Neal's Charlottesville High School Black Knights are battling for another end of season and back-to-back Class 4 state championship. Watch their season match today:
