Located in coastal Connecticut, on 700 wooded acres surrounding a mile long private lake, Incarnation Camp is the country’s oldest co-ed camp. Since 1886, we have provided camping, retreat and outdoor education programs to thousands of children and adults each year. Our programs include: Incarnation Camp, Incarnation Conference Center, Pequot Sherwood Day Camp, Bushy Hill Nature Center and Steward Outdoor School.

We spend so much time connected… that sometimes we forget to truly look around.

But out here, surrounded by trees, quiet trails, the lake, and the sound of nature, everything slows down.

No endless notifications. No pressure to keep up. Just a moment to breathe, to listen, and to be present.

And maybe that’s what places like Incarnation Camp are really about. Not escaping the world… but reconnecting with it.

Because sometimes, the best memories aren’t made through a screen. They’re made outside, under the open sky, with the people around us.

Maybe the best connection… is the one that doesn’t need Wi-Fi. 🌿

Before the campers arrive, there’s a whole team working behind the scenes to make camp feel like home. ❤️

From lifeguard training and safety drills to setting up cabins, moving furniture, and preparing activity spaces, every detail is carefully planned with our campers in mind.

MEET YOUR 2026 LEADERSHIP TEAM! Oliver returns!! Oliver will be the Blue Unit Director this summer, returning for his 3rd year in the role. This will be his 13th summer at camp, which really says it all. When asked what his favorite thing about camp is, it's the friendships and the sense of community that truly feels like a second family. Outside of camp you can find him swimming, fishing, hiking, or pretty much anywhere outdoors.
Fun fact: 13 summers in and Oliver has never broken a bone. Let's keep that streak going! 😂

MEET YOUR 2026 LEADERSHIP TEAM!
Hey Rox!! Rox will be the Purple Unit Director this summer. This will be her 8th summer at camp! When asked what her favorite thing about camp is, it's the lake without question, and especially the water mat.
Outside of camp she is a college student studying psychology and education, and is just wrapping up a year abroad in Italy with plenty of traveling along the way. When she's not at camp or exploring Europe, you can find her lifting weights or cooking.

Fun fact: Rox can solve a Rubik's cube!
