We are extremely honoured to be hosting a speaker event featuring Sameedha Mahajan this upcoming Monday Oct 20th!

As a woman of color and first-generation immigrant, Mahajan is passionate about mentoring students and early professionals as they navigate the design industry.

In this talk, Mahajan will provide insights on the transition from academia to practice, and share guidance on how students can frame their work in order to appeal to recruiters. This is a talk you won’t want to miss!

We are SO excited to be announcing that Cornell AIAS is back with our second ever NYC Firm Tour this Fall! This day trip on Friday, October 24th will feature two renowned architecture firms that we have had the pleasure to visit before: Skidmore, Owings & Merrill and Bjarke Ingels Group

Join us for exclusive firm tours where you’ll get a behind-the-scenes look at their model shops, project spaces, and materials libraries. You’ll also have the chance to chat with Cornell alumni currently working there!

The ticket fees will be $35 for AIAS G-Body Members and $45 for non-members
