The Gamma Phi Chapter of Lambda Theta Alpha Latin Sorority, Inc. was founded at Cornell University on June 6th, 2004 by 10 women of diverse backgrounds. Since then, we have become a chapter of 41 intelligent, motivated, hard-working ladies looking to bring a sense of unification in the Latino community and promoting Latino Greek life at Cornell University. We have earned 25 awards in the years sin

ce our inception, and our Sisters have graduated and are joining the workforce as professional students, educators, lawyers, politicians, marketing agents and designers,to name a few.

On June 6th, 2004, Ten Transcendental Ladies came together to establish the Gamma Phi Chapter of Lambda Theta Alpha Latin Sorority, Inc. Today, we celebrate 11 years of The Ivy Fortress, but more importantly, we celebrate 11 years of Unity, Love and Respect. Happy Lambdaversary to our lovely founders.
