Last night, during dryland practice, a field hockey game was taking place. When the National Anthem began, these kids immediately stopped what they were doing, stood up, placed their hands over their hearts, and honored our flag. ❤️🤍💙

In a world where these moments can sometimes go unnoticed, I want to give them
a shout out! Their actions show respect and so much character.

As a coach, I couldn’t be more proud of these kids. It’s about so much more than what we do in the pool or on the field.

Due to the consistent poor weather and lower temperature over the next few hours, practice is cancelled tonight. Just a reminder that concessions donations can be dropped off during practice on Thursday or Friday night with a coach or board member. Thanks for everyone's help!
